Hail Knights!

We are pleased to introduce a new method we are using for keeping your account secure. Any time Knight Online detects a new connection, a verification process will need to be completed, making it more difficult for outsiders to access your precious game account.

If you receive the following error message...

New connection detected. Visit the Steam KO website to verify your account.


...you will need to visit the Steam Knight Online website. Please login to the website using your Steam ID.


Once you have logged in to the website using your Steam account, click the 'GAME SERVICE' button under your profile image on the left.


Click the 'Verify Connection' button at the bottom of the page to start the process.


NOTE: Completing this process requires a registered email address. If you have not yet registered your email, click the 'VERIFY EMAIL' button on the upper right to register your email address.

Enter the text from the Captcha image, then click the 'Send verification code' link.


Once you have received the verification code in your email, enter it in the available field on the web page. When you have completed this step, your game access will be restored!
